General - FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL DOCTOR
Dr. Ungku Mohd Shahrin B Ungku Mohd Zaman is a fully registered Medical Doctor with Malaysia Medical Council (MMC) in 1996 and started to focus on Aesthetic Medical Practice treatment in 2003. He is considered one of the pioneers of medical aesthetic practices in Malaysia as back then, such practices was still almost non-existent. He pursued his training and accumulated real operating experience in Aesthetic Medical Practice from USA, Italy, Bulgaria, France and Korea. He earns his Fellowship from the American Academy of Restoration & Aesthetic Medicine (AARAM / USA) in 2006.
As a doctor that trains other doctors, he is actively giving keynote speeches locally and internationally especially in Aesthetic Medical Practice topics. He is also an acclaimed keynote speaker in the medical aesthetic practice as he has been personally invited by international bodies from 25 countries.
He is appointed by the Ministry of Health Malaysia, to be one of the members in the Aesthetic Medical Practice committee in preparing the new Aesthetic Medical Practice Guidelines for Medical doctors in Malaysia. He opened a flagship medical aesthetic clinic known as Laserlipolisis & Mediceuticel Clinic in 2003.
Letter of Credentialing and Privileging (LCP) is awarded only for qualified and experienced medical aesthetic doctors before they are able to render their medical aesthetic services that comply with the highest safety standards. It is issued by the Medical Practice Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia upon recommendation by the Main Credentialing and Privileging Committee of Aesthetic Medical Practice.
With the LCP, he/she is eligible for registration with the National Registry of Registered Medical Practitioners Practising Aesthetic Medical Practice which shall be maintained by the Medical Practice Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia.
